This highly interactive workshop is designed to benefit those hub clients who already have a partner eco system and want to deliver better results, and also those who are looking to develop their organisations and want to set up a channel model.

Gillian Reid Bio:
After many years working as a successful business development head and Channel Specialist, Gillian has created a business made up of a number of world class specialists who help a wide range of businesses devise and execute commercial strategies for successful growth.

Gillian’s expertise lies in sales performance management and execution, delivering growth strategies client acquisition and client management.

Gillian created Revenue Dynamics to work with a wide range of clients which include household names such as Sun Microsystems all the way through to pre revenue pre product organisations, with ties into both Surrey Hub and Brunel University.

Gillian and her team have worked on a number of Channel Redesigns this year including Sun Microsystems, Dell and Sophos.
