Building Business with International Partners Workshop
The relationship you have with your international business partner can make a considerable difference to the growth and profit of your export business. Effective management and motivation are essential to ensure you achieve optimum results.This course will introduce you to an inclusive approach to motivation and management and how to apply and implement this in your everyday business development.

- The “mechanics” of working with an international partner
- Frameworks for profiling, reporting and performing
- Contracts and competition law
- Business continuity and how to be prepared for eventualities and change
The course is suitable for staff who are responsible for the appointment and management of, agents, distributors, licensees, joint venture partners and franchisees.
It is also suitable for those new to international trade and for more experienced staff who would like to review their approach to the management of International partners.
Cost: The event fee is £100 per delegate for non Passport to Export companies and £50 per delegate for Passport to Export companies
