The enterprise or technology centres hosted by the Surrey Enterprise Hub partners provide this with the flexibility of straightforward licences to occupy, with one months notice.
The founder partners of the Surrey Enterprise Hub have been funded by the South East England Development Agency to provide flexible work space (including a limited amount of small scale wet laboratory space) at three locations in Surrey, offering units from 250 sq ft at competitive rates within the local area.
What makes these centres more than serviced offices is the local concentration of expertise and technical know-how, the opportunities to interact with other innovative companies and access to information sources, professionals and advisors.
