Leatherhead Enterprise Centre
The Leatherhead Enterprise Centre (run by Leatherhead Food International) comprises 21 serviced offices, ranging in size from 190 square feet to 713 square feet, and three serviced Wet laboratories from 262 to 590 square feet. There is also a meeting room which can be hired and a communal kitchen.
The Centre was created to provide fully serviced accommodation for one all-inclusive monthly licence fee. The licence has a twelve month term with a three month termination clause for both parties during that period.
One of the Centre's prime functions is to provide accommodation that is helpful to the licence holders in that they know the exact costs and are also able to avail themselves of the other services that LFI can provide such as adequate parking, photocopying, our on-site restaurant and the hire of larger meeting rooms if required.
A selection of office space is also available in the main building.
