The Surrey Technology Centre (STC) provides space for small technology (research, development and design) companies in one of the most prestigious Science Parks in the UK. The building stands on its own site at the entrance to the 28.5 Ha (70 acre) Surrey Research Park which is owned and managed by the University of Surrey.

The STC is two minutes drive from the A3 trunk route which passes through western Guildford and is only 7 minutes drive from Junction 10 on the M25. An excellent half hourly fast train service runs from Guildford to London’s Waterloo Station (38 minutes) and Heathrow and Gatwick international airports which are both within 35 minutes drive.

The Centre offers single units ranging from 19 sq m (205 sq ft) to 82 sq m (880 sq ft) with associated car parking. The units are served by a central reception area. There is a range of well appointed meetings rooms, the largest of which seats up to 16 delegates. There are two meeting rooms fitted with videoconferencing facilities. The seminar room can seat up to 40 people. A fully licenced bistro offers lunchtime service to occupiers

Each unit is finished to an office standard with carpet, suspended ceiling, heating, lighting and a telephone system. Some include a kitchenette. In addition, units have a water supply and draining point and in some cases the opportunity for fume extraction if required. Electricity used in each unit is metered and then billed for by the Centre.
