Nigel Biggs
Nigel started his career in electrical engineering but moved into software engineering in the late sixties. After five years with a computer manufacturer he joined a software house in the UK and for five years also worked in Germany. He then spent time in project management and marketing before working as a client manager for a larger software house.

Mike Lunch
Educated at Sevenoaks School and Loughborough University where he graduated in 1970 as a Bachelor of Science with Distinction in Industrial Engineering & Management, Mike is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing and a Chartered Electrical Engineer.

Joanne Jenkins
Joanne joined the Surrey Enterprise Hub in 2005 on long-term secondment from Hub partner, Business Link Surrey. Joanne's role is to help entrepreneurial individuals and organisations bring a groundbreaking idea to market, and support the growth of high-potential, innovative companies through tailored business support and access to the Hub's wide network of specialists, experts, and business and academic partners.

Malcolm Loucks
Malcolm Loucks joined the Surrey hub in February 2008 after 18 months with another hub in the Enterprise hub Network. He brings over 37 years of international business experience to his new position, from executive positions in finance, management and information technology.

Andrew Cross
Andrew has worked with the Hub since 2005 as an accredited business coach and mentor for a range of companies, but formally joined the team in 2007. He divides his time between these roles and business management and commercialisation of technology, mainly with a life sciences focus. He has worked in industries covering pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, agriculture, food supply, chemicals, consultancy and internet – in marketing, business development, and as managing director and CEO. International experience covers Europe, the Americas, Africa and Asia.

Alec Sanderson
Began his working life as an apprenticed Avionics Engineer with British Caledonian Airways and, since 1980, has been in the IT industry, establishing several businesses and holding a number of posts including: Head of R&D, CTO, CEO and Non-exec Director. He has an Open University degree in Mathematics and Chemistry and is a Chartered Director, Chartered Engineer, Chartered IT Professional and a Fellow of the British Computer Society.

Haley arrived in the UK from New Zealand 12 years ago, and after a successful career as a Corporate IT saleswoman for a range of IT distributors and manufacturers she set up e-nough., a virtual business administration company. The Surrey Enterprise Hub has been a client of e-nough. for five years now and Haley offers a host of administrative services to the Hub and it's clients.
